PC freezes, stops responding, a problem with sensorview device!

Please go to Device Manager and expand the Network Adapters section.
Right click on each of the following devices and select "Uninstall"
- Teredo
- ISATAP
- 6to4
- unknown
These devices will return on the next reboot if they are needed - but in most cases they aren't needed and don't return. Once that's done, check in the MSINFO32...Components...Problem Devices to see if the ROOT\NET\0002 device is still there.

Also please check in Device Manager to see if the sensorview device is there or not.

Yes, "Uninstall" every one of them - they are used for different aspects of translating IPv6 traffic to IPv4 traffic. As I stated before, if needed they'll automatically reinstall themselves on the next reboot - but in most cases they don't come back.

Please redo the BSOD posting instructions so we can see if there's any change in the reports. If possible, let us know the last time that the system had problems (approximately what time and date it was).

System was restarted at 22:12 on 01 Dec 2010

Is 18:30 GMT = 21:30 AST? I'm looking for the time of the freeze in your event logs, so the time will be the time displayed on your system (AST). As it is right now, there is no evidence in the logs that your system was on between 07:36 and 22:12 on 01 Dec 2010.

This can be either an issue with the event service not working, or it can be that there is a hardware problem with your system. I'd suggest the following:

1 - backup all of your stuff
2 - run SFC.EXE /SCANNOW from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt. Then test for further freezes.
3 - run a repair install of Win7: Repair Install Then test for further freezes.
4 - wipe the hard drive with DBAN or KillDisk (both are free, just google for them), then install Windows 7 clean - installing all updates and only installing any missing drivers. Then see if it freezes.
