Brand new Toshiba L650 windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
Im getting LOTS of BSOD errors, 2 in the last 45 min.

Cause Based upon analysis of your report, I feel that the primary cause is either driver or memory related. Leaning toward drivers now
Solution
The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.
If overclocking restore normal settings
SFC /scannow

Download memtest86 and test RAM

Run for at least 8 passes. Test each slot with a known good stick for 4 passes. Eight passes if errors are found in the first part of the test.
Enable the Driver Verifier

Uninstall your current Anti Virus and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Scan with your Anti Virus
After performing all of the above, post back with any new BSOD reports, or indicate that the attempted repairs were successful.

It is very important to remember that the dump reports only give clues as to the problem and although it is very easy to analyze only one or two, usually more are needed. If you experience additional BSOD after installing a current version of the driver in question, be sure to post so that we can use the additional information to assist you in preventing the BSOD's
Driver Verifier Inst
Since the driver that crashed you has not been listed you should run driver verifier
Beyond that, please run Verifier with these settings:

Using Driver Verifier is an iffy proposition. Most times it'll crash and it'll tell you what the driver is. But sometimes it'll crash and won't tell you the driver. Other times it'll crash before you can log in to Windows. If you can't get to Safe Mode, then you'll have to resort to offline editing of the registry to disable Driver Verifier.
So, I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Windows 7 Startup Repair feature).

- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"

Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.
Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).
Reboot into Windows (after the crash) and turn off Driver Verifier by going back in and selecting "Delete existing settings" on the first page, then locate and zip up the memory dump file and upload it with your next post.
If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.
Thanks for your response! I am going to try thodse things tonight when I get home.
One question though, in the beginning under possible causes, "third party firewall" is listed. I do have a third party firewall, which I have never used before. if this is actually the cause, would simply uninstalling it work, or would I need to do a full format?
I know that it could be many things, but I figured why not try the easiest one first.

The description at the top is a generic explanation. The actual cause should be determined by the actual report and the analytical work done by the analyst.
Ignore the descriptions at the top for now. Look at drivers and memory. I think that in your case, that is where the problem lies.
After you follow my suggestiions, you use your machine normally. If not BSODs occur for about a week it is resolved. If you do get new BSODs the old report and new will be compared to determine the actual cause.
