Till date I am not in a position to carryout your instructions because I am afraid of losing all my other data if it did not work or I make a mistake in the operation.Could you please guide me is there any drivers patch for win 7 ultimate so that if that could of any help I can use it.Now I get this blue screen when ever I use fonts, office a/cs.Could you please suggest me to format and relaod this win 7 or swith back to win xp pro.
Please advise.
thanks
With Richard helping, you are in excellent hands. But while he is out until Friday, may I suggest that you backup your data to an external drive. We can always recover your system, but that is not the same for your data. Just copy the data to an external disk or a USB stick of adequate size.

If you have no external device at hand, you could also create a seperate data partition and move it there. Here is how: Data Partition That will be safe for the data too whilst you are working on the OS partition.

I would copy only your user folders. Since your system seems to be defunct, there is no point imaging that. Rebuilding the system can always be done, but losing your own data (documents, pictures, etc.) would be a more serious matter.
