Try to use another mouse to see if the BSODs occur again

i change my Razer mouse to another usb port (which is a port combine with eSATA one), it is fine for around 2 day, but, juz now, it restart again, but no BSOD and no dump file created. Why? help...
Use another mouse, the Razer mouse seems to be the culprit

hi, i have change the mouse, it is fine for 2 day also, but, sadly, just now when i try to shut down the computer, it seem like restart automatic, and there is a dump file created.

whocrashed result:
This was likely caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe
Bugcheck code: 0xC2 (0x50, 0xFFFFF8A001A9B000, 0x1A9B, 0x2000000000)
Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\112310-29671-01.dmp
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft? Windows? Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

I also attached the dump file.

Your crash is likely caused by a driver. We just have to determine which ones. Out of date drivers can and so cause memory corruption and crashes. You have out of date drivers loaded on your system. One is definitely obsolete. You need to update or eliminate these drivers.
adfs.SYS Thu Jun 26 16:52:37 2008 - Adobe File System Driver, Adobe. This driver is obsolete and there is no update I know of. See Note below.

CtClsFlt.sys Mon Jun 15 01:06:41 2009 - Creative Camera Class Upper Filter Driver, Creative Worldwide Support.

itecir.sys Mon Mar 09 04:58:47 2009 - itecir.sys Mon Mar 09 04:58:47 2009 - ITE Consumer IR Driver is a driver file from ITE Tech. Inc. belonging to EC CIR (PMC).ITE Tech. Inc..

PxHlpa64.sys Tue Jun 23 19:16:35 2009 - Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

rimspe64.sys Wed Jul 01 19:54:49 2009 - RICOH Memory Stick driver, RICOH Company Ltd. OEM - none at Home | Ricoh Global. Try to update these Ricoh drivers from your computer manufacturer's website.

risdpe64.sys Wed Jul 01 05:31:57 2009 - Ricoh PCIe Memory Stick Host Controller Driver, OEM - none at Home | Ricoh Global.

rixdpe64.sys Sat Jul 04 06:27:00 2009 - Ricoh-Multi-Card-Reader-Driver, OEM - none at Home | Ricoh Global.
Note   Note
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers. Rename adfs.sys from .sys to .old. Reboot and this driver will not load. This will break which ever Adobe program it is associated with. Uninstall that program completely and download and install the latest version.

How to find drivers. Please follow this guide.
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page:
Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

If this were my computer I would start with the oldest driver and/or the one that is most likely to create a problem. asfs.sys fits both. It is an Adobe driver. I have no idea which Adobe program it goes with. You could uninstall every bit of Adobe software you have installed installed incuding Flash - or you could rename the driver as I described in my Note in the post above. When you find what Adobe software no longer works, you can uninstall that software. That driver is not compatible with Win 7.

The rest of the drivers are Vista drivers. Some of them or even all of them may work with Win 7. You can certainly try and see.

The next oldest driver is itecir.sys. I suggest you try to update this one. Click on the link I gave you and see if you can find an update for that driver. I have no idea what IR device you have installed. The usual IR devices are wireless mice and keyboards. If you have no IR device installed, rename this driver using the instructions in my note.

This will take care of your two oldest drivers. The rest of the drivers, including the IR driver, are Vista drivers. Some of them or even all of them may work with Win 7. You can certainly try and see.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

I would not put off renaming adfs.sys. This driver is obsolete and not compatible with Win 7. Renaming it will only break the Adobe program it is associated with; it will not break all of your Adobe software.
