BSOD - May be cause by usbport.sys

win 7 Home premium 64bit,
original window,
New laptop < 1 month,
never reinstall.

my computer have crashed a few time starting from the 1st day i get it. When i use whocrashed to check, it state that is usbport.sys make it. The thing normally happen when the computer is idel, but something when using as well.
Help me ><. Thanks.

It blames the USB driver, run the System file checker SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

so, what should i do next?

Remove any unnecessary USB devices or plug it in another port

but, i only using one usb device, which is only a mouse (Razer Imperator), the problem still occur ><, is it motherboard problem? or system problem?

Razer Mouse drivers are known to cause BSODs, update its drivers Razer Support

i juz checked, my razer driver is the newest one, any other solution...?

Try to use another mouse to see if the BSODs occur again

ok, will let u know if it occur, coz the BSOD only occur 1 time in 2-3 days. So need to wait it to occur ><.

i change my Razer mouse to another usb port (which is a port combine with eSATA one), it is fine for around 2 day, but, juz now, it restart again, but no BSOD and no dump file created. Why? help...
