so i have "Hardware Data Execution Prevention" enabled on my bios and os... beside the overhead caused by this feature, could this be the cause of the randoms blue screen@ booting problems? ( caused by some flaky device drive) this pc is a standalone machine with no internet connection so im thinking of using EasyBCD to completely disable dep, ( also in bios) and see how things go, is there a reason why i shouldn't? buffer overflow ? from where? im offline @ do not install anything
