    Im sorry, but no, it doesn't ... Which would explain your 0x124 hardware error ... You will either need to replace the processor, or get a motherboard that supports your Athlon IIx4 635 processor .... Check with the shop where you originally purchased the processor, and maybe they can work out a deal on a processor that is compatible with your motherboard.. Good Luck!

    thankyou all very much for the help and advice ... on the way to the shop where i got the processer from as he said its ok for that board lol ah well there fault so shud be able to get a exhchange or money back,, thanks again :)

    ok got full refund from the cpu any suggestions on which to go for now? i was tjhinkin maybe a amd phenom processer

    A Phenom is a good choice for that board, or you could go with the older Athlon II series, if you want to save some cash. Any AM2 or AM3 should do the trick for you.
