    Numerous BSODs

    I recently started updating drivers for my new build and started having bluescreens. Here are details of my build:

    - OEM Win7 Home Premium Edition 64bits
    - Intel Icore 5 cpu
    - Asus P7P55D-E LX mobo
    - 2 2gb ram modules

    I put the computer up about 4 weeks ago and everything ran fine. I then started installing softwares and updating windows and drivers. I'm not sure which driver is the culprit. I can restore the system but any new software install or update leads to a bluescreen.

    Any input would be greatly appreciated

    Welcome to SF, jiciheb.

    Your Nvidia NForce is WAYYYYY out of date.

    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\nvmfdx64.sys (1.0.1.6789, 1.43 MB (1,498,016 bytes), 8/1/2008 8:51 PM)

    Please update.

    Checking log now.

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
    The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
    This may or may not be due to the caller.
    The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
    the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
    verifier to a suspect driver.
    Yeah, update the network driver and go from there.

    I updated both the graphic card and lan drivers but still get bsod crash. I ran the dump file utility again. Attached are the ouptut files. Any idea what else I can do to get my machine running?

    Thanks

    I suggest running RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff800029c7595, fffff88005bf5df0, 0}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MmFreePagesFromMdl+25 )

    tried memtest and turned out 1 of the 2 ram stick I had installed was shooting errors. I removed the stick in question and the system boots normally. Seems to have solved the problem for now. I'll now try to update all the drivers and see if I get other blue screens.

    Thanks a lot for your help guys
