The device driver for Bluetooth Peripheral Device has not been installed. This device will not be available until the correct device driver is installed.
Check your Device Manager on this. Any yellow exclamation marks?

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
As a test, remove all plugged in usb devices except keyboard and mouse.

Go to msconfig -> startup -> and uncheck all boxes EXCEPT those belonging to microsoft. Reboot.

What virus scanner are you using?

    Scan drive with malwarebytes.

Are you using a third-party firewall. If so, disable for testing purposes.

I have a gut feeling it's a USB conflict. But we are doing a process of elimination.

Can we update the CD-ROM driver?
    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys (6.1.7600.16385, 144.00 KB (147,456 bytes), 14/07/2009 02:19)

Oh, and Black Ops is really cool - especially for XB0X 360.
