    Help!

    Hello people!

I'm just about to throw my PC out the window! But maybe you can help me.
My computer is driving me crazy, and i can't seem to find the problem.

The first time i had the problem i got lot's of BSOD, it seem randomly to me, i sent my computer back to the company i got it from, they said it was faulty Ram and changed it. I got the PC back I formatted and re-installed everything, a day later it started freezing randomly, no BSOD just freezing and sometimes restarting randomly. I sent it inn but the said they could not “provoke” the problem and send it back to me and said if I sent it in again I they had to charge me since there where no problem with it, (tho they have changed the motherboard for some reason). After I got it back I again re-installed and formatted, but I’m back to BSOD again.

I used to have Windows vista, but the last time i had it inn they recommended upgrading to 7, so i have done.

So it's Windows 7 Home Premium x64. It’s OEM (according to the order) but i purchased it online, ordered the PC without OS. The computer is almost 2 years, accept for the RAM and Motherboard witch is changed in the last 2 months

If you need any information just ask, I’m desperate here.

See if you can give us a little more detail on your hardware specs & memory.

I would try to run with a live Linux system. This way you can tell whether there is a hardware problem or whether it is Windows. Then we can start to narrow it down. Here is an example for a Linux on a stick: UNetbootin - Homepage and Downloads

For ATK0110 ACPI Utility, it's a very important driver to update, goto ASUS support, choose your motherboard, downloads and files, there the very first download will say ATK0110 ACPI Utility.

If i'm at the right place, i don't think so, i got these:
    Qualified Vendor List (1)
    BIOS (6) [BIOS History]
    BIOS-Utilities (1)
    Chipset (2)
    AUDIO (1)
    LAN (3)
    Utilities (5)
    Others (4)
    Manual (4)
I use this link, ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-
And the asus Navigations Wizzard tells me:
Product: Motherboard Series: Socket775 Model: P5P43TD PRO
    And i choose Windows 7 x64.
