In short: There doesn't seem to be a solution. Bottom line is that it appears to be poor hardware from Marvell.

You will eventually realise that even when you believe you've solved it, you really haven't. It seems like you will always have an unstable and/or unexpected results when including this Marvell piece in your setup.

Sorry I can't share much more...

Wondering if anyone can help. About 1x/week I'm getting a blue screen that says I have a Driver Power State Failure. I really don't know what to do even though I have read up a little on it. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get started fixing this?
