What is your current BIOS version?
Your motherboard website is showing a lot of new BIOS versions correcting RAM issues. I would update it if you don't have the latest version, 1502.

It's not un-common to get no errors on one memtest86+ run and then errors if you run it again. This is for the same reason that you don't get BSoDs every minute your computer is running.
Sometimes the RAM errors can be corrected by adjusting the settings.
    Did you follow this tutorial?
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.

For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Have you been checking your temperatures?

Use Real Temp or Speed Fan, run one of these and check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

ASUS P7P55D-E Pro manual page 3-20.
Go to your BIOS and get the DRAM voltage and IMC voltage, post them here.
Intel strongly recommends these two voltages be kept within 0.5v of each other, to prevent damage to the CPU.

Before you send the RAM back again, post the CPUZ snips, you might need to adjust a couple of settings.

Your next BIOS version fixes some SpeedStep issues, this would be worth upgrading.

CPUZ shows you are overclocking, How are you overclocking your system?

    Adjusting settings in BIOS?

Are you using ASUS TurboV EVO or Auto Tuning?

Are you using the D.O.C.P. for the RAM?

These OC tools will sometimes work on very small OC but, usually set too much voltage and other settings incorrectly.

How did you get the RAM to 1600 MHz?
It will default to 1333 MHz.

Go to your BIOS and check the voltages and post them here for:
    Current CPU Core Voltage
    Current IMC Voltage
    Current DRAM Voltage

In your BIOS go to 'AI Tweaker', scroll down on first page for this info.

With this info, we can see what happened to the CPU and RAM settings.

Using any of these "Auto Overclocking" tools are likely the cause of your crashes.

The possibilities are the settings need to be adjusted or bad RAM.

Getting no errors, then getting errors on another test indicate your settings are in need of tweaking.
Getting errors on new RAM indicates the possibility of settings issues.

It is possible to get two sets of bad RAM, but I would adjust the settings to be sure.

When you turn off XMP does the CPUZ CPU tab 'Bus Speed' go back to 133 MHz?

    Post the voltages:

Go to your BIOS and check the voltages and post them here for:
    Current CPU Core Voltage
    Current IMC Voltage
    Current DRAM Voltage

In your BIOS go to 'AI Tweaker', scroll down on first page for this info.

    Hi Dave,

THe voltages when xmp profile is on:
    Cpu core voltage - Auto
Current CPU core voltage - 1.152
    IMC voltage - Auto
    Current IMC voltage-1.162
    DRAM voltage -1.600
    Current DRAM voltage - 1.600

    When i load default setting
    CPU Core Voltage - Auto
Current CPU core voltage - 1.152
    IMC voltage - Auto
    Current IMC voltage-1.162
    DRAM voltage -Auto
    Current DRAM voltage - 1.600

And here is a snip of CPUZ when i load default setting

    Leave it on default settings.

Manually change the IMC voltage to 1.2v.

Change the RAM 'Command Rate' to 2T.

    Run memtest86+ again.

    Let us know the results.
