System reset no BSOD on shockwave?

My computer a PIII, using Windows 7 seems to reboot when accessing some web sites, can't tell what it is. I've used the new tool posted at Majorgeeks and appreciate any comments or diagnosis.

    - x86 (32-bit)
    - the original installed OS on the system VISTA
    - full retail version OEM disk

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? not sure could be 5+ years but parts newer
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) MS Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
    Installation Date: 15 April 2010, 00:21

I am running Microsoft Security Essentials which my Action Center "sees" but perfmon seems to think isn't running?
