    7 crashed now wont repair HELP


    windows 7 pc only 4 months old was working fine friday monday morning i turned it on and it froze so ihit restart now the windows repair cant fix the error please help me.

    i have tried the repair feature on the dvd but it says it cant repair it, also all my restore points have gone.

    is there anything else i can try as the drive has emails and special metel working programs installed that as a few days work to get sorted again.
