BSOD at startup

So this is a bit of a weird one..
I built the system myself
AMD x64 Phenom II 955
ASus Mobo
windows 7 x64

On startup the machine wont start..it begins to get to the windows screen then nothing..blue screen
i turn it off -
turn it back on

and it works fine,
today for the first time windows actually reported an error..which seemed to be pretty generic but mentioned a TCP/IP issue...which is odd

here are the dump files, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, Tom; and welcome to the forum. I looked at all five dumps - five dumps and four different error codes. This usually indicates a hardware or hardware related (drivers) problem. All five dumps show or blame memory corruption.

I find two out of date drivers loaded on your system. Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Third party antivirus programs can also cause BSOD's; but Avast generally runs well with Win 7. I suggest you start with updating these drivers.

How to find Drivers-
Quote:
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
- - To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
Update these drivers, reboot and see how your system runs. Update us and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload the dump to us and uninstall Avast. Replace Avast with Microsoft Security Essentials.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8000318f927, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88003316608, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff88003315e70, Context Record Address
