    new system with multiple BSoD errors


    Hello
    i have just made a new system and am geting multiple Bsod errors and am EXtremly depressed so far i have installed win7 then another 7 then xp than 7 again and each time i got the Bsod, the last time i was reinstalling windows it took me 4 trys due to the Bsod error the kept on occouring . windows memory diognostic tool showed my ram is ok,
    plese HElp me ive attached the dmp files

    system info
    hdd 500gb Western digital
    core i5 2.6 with 4 cores
    motherboard assus p7h55-m usb3
    4 gb ram
    gt240 1gb ddr5
