i will test my vid card now but i did a memtest about a month ago and it passed both sticks 6 passes each stick per slot took forever...should i do it agian?

so i did the vid test and im not sure what im looking for seemed to run smoothly... 25 fps... no artifacts... 66 degrees peek temp

Your video card looks to be good. I did not know you had run Memtest previously. Run it again with both sticks in from a cold boot after your computer has been off for a while. Let it run for at least seven passes; ten would be better. Yes, it does take a while. Post your results.

i havent done a memtest yet but today my computer vid card started to act up...freezing alot... even crashed but then recovered from a error...being that the driver is up to date im starting to suspect a bad card... also before todays bsod the video went all screwey....what do you think

It could be the video card; Furmark, nor any hardware test, is 100%. And video drivers can be a finicky thing to deal with. Run Memtest from a cold boot. If you have access to another video card, give that a try.
