PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff88006efec64, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff80003368e17, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
    address.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, (reserved)

I find a know cause of BSOD's on your system. This driver is obsolete and a known problem.
Quote:
gdrv.sys Fri Dec 05 19:57:14 2008 - GIGABYTE Tools - Windows (R) Server 2003 DDK driver; belongs to EasySaver. Uninstall EasySaver.

I find another obsolete driver on your system. Old drivers can and do cause memrory corruption and BSOD's.
Quote:
jraid.sys Mon Nov 03 21:20:09 2008 - Driver. This driver is obsolete; update it
I find a program you have installed, Trusteer Rapport, that has created problems for others on Win 7 systems. I cannot say it is causing trouble for you; but I can say that many third party security programs cause trouble on some Win 7 systems. Apparently, this program is either installed by or recommended by banks. I suggest that you uninstall this program while you are trouble shooting. Here is a reference to Trusteer Rapport. Microsoft recommends it not be installed. MPECS Inc. Blog: Windows 7 BSODs RapportPG64.sys is the Culprit

After you have updated or uninstalled the obsolete drivers, and uninstalled Trusteer Rapport, if you get another BSOD, you should enable Driver Verifier following the instructions in this tutorial: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. Read the tutorial carefully and upload any dumps generated by Driver Verifier.

Post back and let us know how your systems is doing.

Your first .dmp file is blaming atikmdag.sys ( Your video card driver) as the cause of this crash ... Completely remove your current drivers with Driver Sweeper, then install the latest version from ATIs' support page..

Your second .dmp file is blaming gdrv.sys .. Uninstall GIGABYTE Tools/Easy Saver as Carl has suggested..

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffffffffff, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff8000247319b, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
    address.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, (reserved)
