Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Your 2 latest dmp files caused by anodlwfx.sys.
It's part of of antivirus software, maybe it was used by your previous antivirus which is not removed completely.
So you must delete it manually or rename it into anodlwfx.bak.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ --> find anodlwfx.sys
Code:
anodlwfx.sys Fri Mar 06 02:10:08 2009 -> ANOD Network Security FIlter driver

Alright, anodlwfx.sys is from ALPHA Filter Driver, Alpha Networks Inc.
It's related to your D-Link Wireless G-Adapter, it's make sense when delete that driver you'll lost internet connection.
Since driver verifier detect violation to anodlmfx.sys so you must update your D-Link driver.
D-Link - World Wide Offices

Then for your Realtek Driver, try to download from Realtek driver: Realtek
Navigate to -> Communication Network ICs -> Network Interface controller -> 10/100M Fast Ethernet -> PCI express -> software.

Hey, could you tell more about this? Ive got the same error message and only when Windows in locked mode, I thought its my 2 external USB HD's. What did you do and how? Do we need a "pagefile" in each of our HD's ?

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a) = usual caused by driver or bad RAM.

Test your memory with memtest86 for at least 7 passes. (better do it overnight)
