Win7 stalls on Parental controls *bug*

Hey, I've found when I attempt to compile a list of programs to be blocked on non-admin accounts Explorer will stall then restart without having actually compiled the list. Here are my specs.

Laptop
Intel Core Duo T2450 @ 2GHz
2GB RAM
Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset Family

It's an Acer Aspire 5610 if more information is required.

If there's a better place for this post please give me a holler and I'll happily post it there.

I'm getting the same problem

It starts to scan for installed programs and dies. I have been searching for a solution to this, but can't seem to find anything on a resolution.

Has there been any resolution to this?

Upgrade procedures

Does that men that it will never get fixed? Do I need to upgrade to "pro" to use parental controls again?

This is the designated "homework" computer, so it is restricted to homework related programs. I have a new program that I need to make available, and my options for doing so are extremely limited.

Parental controls
This feature would be great. But is there a way to set up restrictions on my own account? I cannot afford to lose administrator privileges as I'm the only user of this computer and need to access system files frequently.
