    Hi,
Your 2 dmp files related to graphic drivers, so I would recommend you to reinstall your graphic driver.
While reinstall, better to remove current driver with driversweeper then install the fresh copy of your ATI drivers.
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Also disable CCC (Catalyst Control Center) for a while and reinstall directX runtime --> Download details: DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)

    Update your Atheros L1c PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet -> http://www.atheros.com/pt/index.html

If the problem persist then enable driver verifier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Code:

Try to turn off DEP and see if the problem persist.
By doing this your windows more vulnerable with some virus so it's better for you to use antivirus
    (MSE is recommended).

    Steps to turn off DEP:
Right click Command Prompt → run as admin → bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff → enter
    (it will be successful notification)
Then reboot PC to take effect.

    To turn on DEP again:
    bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn

    Thank you.

I want to thank you for your Support.
I have Changed my DEP, i did not fully Switch it off because it might be harmfull, I made wow.exe ( World Of Warcraft ) an allowed program on DEP settings.

The Computer has not been giving any faults in the last few hours.
Also update and suggestion. A friend told me I should not be running a Registry Cleaner, but i have ( Comodo Registry Cleaner ). Im thinking this might have deleted some important Files on my PC.

Because this a barnd new PC I might do a fresh install of Windows, Im still waiting on my Copy of Windows 7 in the mail. And will reinstall windows 7 then.

    I will keep you posted.
    Please any suggestions.

Again Thank you so much for your time, really appreciated.

    You're welcome Charl :)
That's good idea to reinstall your windows.

Then you right about cleaning software, don't need to use any 3rd cleaning software such as Registry Cleaner because you won't exactly know which registry that's changed by it software. You only trust the program to analyze whether there are any junk registry. Sometimes it could mess up your windows performance.
