Blue board appears after shutdown.

Hi, I'm running windows 7 home premium x64. I've got problems since last 2 day. When I start the OS, it works fine until after I put the password.. Many error will appear example dwm.exe - Application Error. Not just that, I even can't click the icons and the task bar. Sometimes the desktop goes blank. Just the background. After I shutdown, blue board will appear..

Any solutions? My laptop is dell inspiron 1464 windows 7 home premium x64
