frequent crashes with BSOD can you help?

I have a new PC to replace an ageing XP. less than 2 weeks old. I thought life would be great with a speedy machine but frequent crashes is causing frustration.

have been using lightroom predominantly but have same problem in IE.
have tried system restore several times and as far as I can see drivers are up to date.

I wonder if some one can interpret the attached minidump file

    thanks

    Hi.

Set your motherboard bios to be correct for your specific RAM modules in relation to timings and Vdimm. You can visit your RAM manufacturer's site for info.

    Uninstall Eraser.

    Update wacommousefilter wacommousefilter.sys Fri Feb 16 13:12:17 2007 to latest 2009 driver.

Either uninstall the app that installed this:
    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
    or update that to 2009.

Update this driver: adfs adfs.SYS Mon Nov 03 11:48:14 2008

Visit ATI's site for the latest video card driver.

Thanks for the quick response Torrentg

Your reply led me to question a Ram problem and after contacting the PC manufacturer and running a memory test - it failed after 23 seconds. Have just boxed up the PC to send back for replacement.

    thanks again
