Windows 7 ultimate x64 BSOD

I've been getting BSOD for that past few months and have had no luck in resolving my issue. So far i've replaced all my hardware in the pc and still getting Error's. At first i thought it was memory. So replace both 2 gig strips. Then replaced power supply. After still getting bsod i replaced the video card. And still BSOD I was using Vista Ult x64 replaced with Windows 7 Ult x64 a month ago. Same issues. Just replaced hard drive yesterday. With a fresh install of windows and still getting BSOD. Was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this problem. I'm running outta money lol

A couple of problems

1-SPDT.SYS

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

2-Your video driver caused most of these.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Hi Ken,
1st i'd like to thank you for your time and suggestions. I don't have Dameon or any other vertual drives installed. Only things installed are windows 7.(well driver sweeper that i put on per your request) I downloaded DuplexSecure for 64 bit run as admin and it tells me that C:\Users\STEVE\Documents\SPTDinst-v175-x64.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
Uninstalled video drivers(which were a windows update that updated 1st start from installing windows.) Rebooted, ran driver sweeper,rebooted,went to nvidea and downloaded drivers for gtx460 installed and then rebooted. Went to work came home and had blue screen. Attached is the dmp from today. I havn't a clue on how to read dmp file.
As i stated every hardware in the computer is new with in 3 months old motherboard is about a year old.

Just got 2 bsod back to back. Attaching dmp files hopefully someone can help this is getting real depressing.

So far i'm still getting bsod every hr or so. And can't figure out why. I've ran a hard drive test.ram test. pulled out video card. tried with onboard. i'm at my witts end here. Ordered a new MB won't be here for a few days. I'm hoping that someone can tell me why i'm getting these errors and why i can't run SPTD uninstaller. As it stands right now the pc is running very sluggish.
