The single dump blames scmndisp.sys, your NetGear device
Update the driver Support Home Page

    Code:
    BugCheck A, {0, 2, 1, fffff80003890c9c}

    Hello,

The dump does not blame anything specific; it is guesswork from here on out.

You have an old version of Symantec installed; remove it with this tool: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe
    Code:
    SRTSPX64.SYS Wed Nov 21 18:48:15 2007 (4744C3BF)
    SYMEVENT64x86.SYS Mon Aug 04 19:31:51 2008 (48979167)
The version of ESET you are using has also caused BSODs:
    Code:
    eamon.sys Fri Feb 06 08:14:25 2009 (498C37B1)
    eeCtrl64.sys Fri Feb 06 14:39:27 2009 (498C91EF)
    ehdrv.sys Fri Feb 06 08:15:07 2009 (498C37DB)
Install the latest version from here: Best Free Antivirus Software Trial: Free Home, Business and Gaming Download from ESET

Also, install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: Realtek

If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Ok thanks for that information, I did all that and so far so good.

Now im trying to do a Disk Cleanup and I have 484mb in System error memory dump files.

When I do the cleanup, they stay there. How do I remove them?

If you really want to remove the minidumps, you can go to C:\Windows\Minidump, and delete all the .dmp files.
