    BSOD Please Help.... in new Win7


    i have recently reinstalled windows 7 ultimate in my machine. And today i am getting BSOD every 30 min.

    i had 4 GB ram. and my 2GB ram is not working now. so i am using 2 x 1GB rams now.

    Please Help..!

    i am using a Core 2 Duo - 2.55 intel processor
    Intel DG43GT Mobo
    2 x 1GB ram (i had another 2GB ram - now waiting for the warranty replacement)
    Nvidea GT240 DDR5 Asus GPU
    500 GB Samsung HDD
    Cooler Master GX 550W PSU
      My Computer

    Sorry you are having problems.

    sptd.sys

    Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads


    It may also be a memory issue.

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)
    # Any other values for parameter 1 must be individually examined.
    Please run memtest86+
    Let it run at least six passes.

    Yes... Seems like a Memory problem.
    My mobo is malfunctioning .
