Crash occured when nba2k11.exe was launched
Dump point to your GPU drivers, since you have already reinstalled the drivers check if the card for overheating issues.
Your card/PCI slot might also be defective

I guess it's caused by overheating issue. I downloaded a software to monitor the temperature and it shows CPU's often reaches 75C. Is it overheated?
My CPUfan blows towards the CPU and I have only one case fan on the back. Which direction should I install it? Blowing inwards or outwards?

75 is high, yes. If you only have one fan, I'd have it sucking air out of the case.
