Hello, and welcome! Sorry your thread got overlooked the first time, good thing you bumped it.

Start by installing these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: Realtek

Other than that, I would suspect bad hardware. A good place to start would be checking RAM. See this guide: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Prime95 is another good one to run: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Most of all, I recommend that you send the computer back. If you purchased it only recently, it is likely still under warranty.

Hi, GvS; welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having trouble. Your dump does not give a specific cause for the crash; but it does indicate memory corruption.

I see that you are running Windows Defender. I recommend that you download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE supersedes Defender, offers better protection , and runs smoothly with Win 7. Defender is known to cause problems on some Win 7 systems.

I also suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools. It uses a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Out of date drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Update the following driver from the link provided:
Quote:
Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 Network Driver Interface Specification 6.20 64-bit Driver. Latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek.
Follow these suggestions, reboot, and see how your system does. Update us and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload the dump and we will go from there.
