It doesn't matter where it gets moved to, you'll still be able to find it. you've only got 2 posts.

Actually this is a volunteer site with no affiliation to microsoft, but you won't find better help anywhere on the web.

    Welcome aboard, enjoy your stay.

Hi djwang ... welcome to SF We all were noobs at a time

How old your system is and for how many days this annoying situation is occurring ? Is it the same from the vert beginning ? I hope no .

After following Yowans advise if there is no malware, have a System Restore to an earlier restore point at first .

If you dont have an earlier restore point , or restoration failed to recover the situation run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker .

If the second option also fails , there is no way but a Repair Install .

Try our suggestions and report back with results :)

ran the malware program nothing found. did a repair , still here, also did an elevated command prompt scan sfc /sannow and found no problems.

looks like a complete install again but its not so easy as my hard drive ia a ocz revo drive pci-e.

    Have you updated AVG lately?

I've read that AVG updates have been causing some crashes, for a test you can un-install AVG, re-run the above suggestions and see if that helps.
For testing purposes and interm protection try MSE, you can go back to the AV of your choice afterwards.
Assuming AVG gets their problem worked out.

To be honest, I haven't read up on the AVG crashes symptoms or fixes, you might give it a search first.

Let us know if your making any progress.

i installed avg 2011 5 days ago. could be a possibility. i have unistalled it now. problem still persists , but when in safe mode it does nt . i have also disabled all the start up services, and services using msconfig.exe ran as administrator.....Guess what ?
wibushell64 WB6 fatal error undocumented-internal does nt appear when i restart the computer and create a folder on my desktop.
problem gone, but i cant use all my programs because some services are down is their a tried and tested way or software that can stop, ,start ,optimize this process of illimination.
because every service i reenablke i then have to restart the computer. its gonna take for ever.......arrrhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!

any ideas as this may lead to a solution ?
