Finally managed to un-install Roxio CD creater (so the drivers SAI*.sys are gone!). I tried a few Nvidia drivers but still I get these crashes although nor as often. I've attached the latest zip if anyone could take a look I'd really appriciate it. I seem to only be stable in safe mode with networking.

Thanks,
Bill

Good detective work, Bill. Just because a driver is old does not necessarily mean it will not work properly with Win 7; but there is that chance. Let's see if simply getting rid of the WIBU drivers is the solution.

You are welcome and thank you for the update.

Hey Carl,

I may have stabilized it it hasn't crashed in 15 hours. (fingers crossed) I also re-located an HP printer off of hanging on to this PC (it had a problem as well, no updated driver available).

One last question- I notice in the perfmon report that there is one error still. "A service is reported as having an unexpected error code." How do I find out which service this is? ("service exited with a code not equal to 0 or 1077")

Thanks again for taking the time to answer, you've been a great help!
