Yeah I know, it's a bit of an old relic that drive. I got it a long while back and never had another drive with enough space to move the stuff I wanted over and reformat it after I'd already put stuff onto it. It'll get done eventually, hopefully when I fix the issues I'm currently having.

No BSOD yet today. I know well enough not to get excited just yet! Hopefully it was the memory causing problems but I guess I'll find out soon enough when I stick some 'good' sticks in.

No BSOD at startup today either. I get my new RAM today too. I'll let you know what happens. I really appreciate all your help, thanks Carl.

Got the new RAM. 8Gb of G.Skill. Working great so far. I'm away over Christmas so haven't memtested it or anything but I will when I get back in January. Fingers crossed it's good. Thanks for all the help guys and Happy Holidays!

Hi guys! I just got back from Christmas break. Had a great time as I hadn't seen my family in 4 months! I hope you all had a good holiday too.

Unfortunately it's not quite a happy new year in computing though as I got a BSOD on the first startup today i.e. the first since before the holidays. I'll run some memtests and post the results. The drivers that crashed were atimpag.sys and dxg related. These have crashed before on my system.

No memtests done yet but another 2 cold restarts and no BSOD. Fingers crossed it was a fluke! I'm still going to run the memtests though and will post results.

Another BSOD this morning. I've attached the dump files for the last 2 crashes.
