    Windows 7[x64] BSOD

    Hi,

Lately i had many bsod's. My computer does not stay open longer than two hours.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
    - the original installed OS on the system?
    - an OEM or full retail version?
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)?
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)

    ANSWER:

    1. x64.
    2. Yes.
    3. Retail Version.
    4. 2 years and 6 months.
    5. 1 year.(no) I have not reinstalled my OS but i used a Acronis backup. I think there's something wrong with my HDD, but i'm not sure if that's the problem.

The archive with the necessary information is attached below.

P.S The perfmon /report is zipped too and it's called my_computer.html.

    Thank you for your time!

Also, the most bsod's happened while winamp and firefox were opened. I can't open my firefox after this recently bsod. I tried to restore my profile with mozbackup but it doesn't help.

BSODs caused by a product from Acronis True Image
Remove such products using the removal utility and reboot

    Code:
    BugCheck 100000B8, {fffffa80036dd060, fffffa800299c680, 0, 0}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\snapman.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for snapman.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for snapman.sys
    Probably caused by : snapman.sys ( snapman+18e71 )
