    Several Problems

    1-ASACPI.SYS
    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

2-ESET firewall (epwndis.sys)--remove and replace with Microsoft security essentials and win 7 firewall

    http://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe
    http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

3-netr73.sys Your ralink wifi driver. re-install with most current

    4-old drivers

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys 8/12/2004 21:52:52 0x91000000 0x411c2d04 0x91001420 0x00001420
    etFilter.sys 6/13/2007 21:09:05 0x90800000 0x4670a341 0x90831200 0x00031200
    etDevice.sys 7/20/2007 13:50:06 0x93438000 0x46a103de 0x934ab300 0x00073300
    etScan.sys 7/23/2007 16:55:22 0x934bc000 0x46a523ca 0x934bda00 0x00001a00
    AsIO.sys 12/17/2007 04:10:20 0x908c0000 0x47663cfc 0x908c1440 0x00001440
    Rtnicxp.sys 5/30/2008 10:12:11 0x917cd000 0x4840194b 0x917dc000 0x0000f000
    netr73.sys 3/12/2009 22:13:15 netr73.sys+7b17c 0x934d3000 0x49b9cf4b 0x93561000 0x0008e000
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

This new dump blames your ATI display drivers
Uninstall the ATI drivers then use driver sweeper to remove leftover driver files
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Then install the latest drivers
    ATI Radeon

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys

Your ESET remove and replace with Microsoft security essentials

    http://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe

    http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

And Old, Old drivers that need updating. You obviously upgraded instead of clean installing like MS and ost of us recommend.

    Code:
