Hello,

Install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: Realtek
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Mon Mar 22 05:57:14 2010 (4BA73EFA)
Completely remove Kaspersky, as I see it has some drivers loaded:
Code:
kl1.sys Wed Jun 09 09:34:19 2010 (4C0F985B)
Use these directions: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products | Kaspersky Lab United States

When that's all done, you can install only the latest version; or, you can install the free MSE instead: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Also remove Gigabyte EasySaver:
Code:
gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:22:29 2009 (49B9D175)
If the BSODs persist, please upload a full BSOD report, according to these directions: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

...Summary of the dumps:

Ah, that makes sense now. Overclocking is a known cause of BSODs. The speed rating of the chips is the maximum speed the manufacturer guarantees that the chip will run stably. When you force the chip to run faster than that, you are taking your chances.

Glad you got it sorted out, in any case. Let us know if you need anything else!
