Windows 7: physical memory dump erorr....

You are getting the 0x116 TDR error, more info: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

1.
- Boot into safemode with networking
- Uninstall the Radeon drivers
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI Radeon driver files
- Install latest drivers http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
- Reboot into normal mode

2. If the above does not work test your RAM, do at least 7 passes
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Replace your RAM if errors are reported in the test

3. If no errors are reported replace your laptop

i download my driver from amd site and it not working on my system. i reinstall my driver and evry thing are fine...
maby eset are the causes of error i remove it and now every thing are work fine!! if error happend again i'm back

You are welocme for the help. I am sure that Eset was not helping your system any because of the outdated drivers. I hope this solves your problem.

These are caused by athrx.sys, which is the driver for your Atheros WLAN card

This problem is giving me trouble. I am facing it from last 2 weeks everyday. I am using sony vaio laptop. it used to show up before but now a days it happens evryday. i am attaching dump files in folder minidump ...please can anybody help????

The problem is actually on my sister's laptop. Operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit Whenever the laptop is turned on, a blue screen appears which shows something like physical memory dump. I am not sure what codes/values are actually shown since we currently live in different places....
