Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having trouble.I looked at your three most recent dumps. Each of them is the same error code and each directly blame e1q62x64.sys, which is your IBM Intel-based Gigabit and Fast Ethernet adapter driver. This driver is up to date. Here is something you can read for further information on this driver: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum- Bluescreening Like Crazy. Seems as though others are having a problem with this driver. You can try reinstalling this driver to see if it helps. Here is the link: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

This driver, iqvw64e.sys - HP Network Teaming Virtual Miniport Driver Driver File List or HP Network Teaming Virtual Miniport Driver, shows up in your dump on the unloaded module list. This means the driver was involved in the crash, but not necessarily the cause. That is a possibility, though. I cannot find a date for this driver nor can I find its location on your computer. But according to the HP site, its date is 8 July 2008. This makes it an obsolete driver and likely not compatible with Win 7. http://members.driverguide.com/drive...4&action=filfo. Do a search of your C: drive, using Windows Explore, for this driver. Make sure your Folders options are set to view hidden and system files. My guess is that it located in your Programs files folder in an HP folder. It it is an outdated driver, it can be causing a conflict with your Ethernet card driver. If you find the driver, please post the location. If it is outdated, uninstall the software it is associated with or rename the driver from .sys to .old. Reboot and the driver will not load. This will break the software it is associated with.

Let me know what you find. That will determine what we do next.

i have found the iqvw64e.sys file and it is in C/windowsold/windows/system32/drives

i didnt rename it yet, should i do that now? be in mind im not a nasa computer scientist, i know enough i'd say

update: i got another bsod and down towards the bottom it listed something like tcpip.sys, if that helps with anything im not sure

What is the date of the driver file? It should be in another location other than Windowsold; I don't think drivers load from Windowsold. Look in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and see if it is there also. If it is dated 2008, rename it from .sys to .old, reboot and let's see what happens.

Good call; that driver is probably current. We won't worry about that one for now.

    so whats the next step

so from reading that link you gave me, it looks like maybe i should go and buy an NIC card and install that sucker in, is there a specific one that would be better or just go browse around best buy or something.

also thanks for helping me out with this brotha

If you are sure that iqvw64e.sys is current, that is, if you have found it in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers or in a folder in Programs and the date is July 13, 2009 or later, then perhaps a new NIC is the best answer. I would go to a computer shop such as CompUSA or somrthing similar. The prices are good there and NIC's are not expensive. It seems this is the solution that some have opted for. There is definitely something buggy about the e1q62x64.sys driver. However, first I would download this driver again, uninstall the current driver, and reinstall the new driver. There is a chance that the driver you have is corrupted.
