    Double BSOD Crash Error

    Hiya,

    I'm having problems with my computer. Inexplicably, my dad tried to log on earlier and upon logon he got BSOD, with the error being cited as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I'm no expert, so I tried to do a system restore, which didn't help at all. Initially, I couldn't even load it up in safe mode without getting BSOD'd, but now it has for some reason begun to work in safe mode. I've been reading around this error on my laptop and it seems to happen when there's a driver inconsistency or you've plugged something in - neither of these have happened.

    One time, I got it to work for a short while, but my inet browsers weren't working, and after putting on music for 20 secs or so, I got another BSOD, this time reading SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

    I ran sfc /scannow as admin in cmd but it found no errors, apparently.

    I've attached a file that the error report contained information. I don't know if anyone can use it to help me - if there's something else you need I'll try and get it.

    Thanks very much in advance for any help - I'd really prefer not to have to reformat so much appreciated!

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
