If you don't use those gigabyte programs, so better to uninstall it as well.
Make sure to delete/rename both drivers at C:\Windows\ (etdrv.sys and gdrv.sys)

Ok i havent gotten any more BSOD's...BUT now the computer just freezes black screens and when i hit the reset button on tower it wants to go to start up repair. I go to start up repair it restores then when it restarts it flashes a blue screen so quickly i cant read it then it restarts again goes thru start up repair then it hangs on a blue screen with no message just "restart computer if this is the first time youve seen this"... Only way to remedy this is to flip the swith on the PSU pull the plug and wait a few minutes.

Can sumone help me with this!

Perform system file checker:
Right click Command Prompt → run as admin → sfc /scannow

Another culprit, your computer may get over temperature.
If you use the computer for a long time then you should maintain the temperature.
Use speedfan to see temperature status:
Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Please don't start a new thread for the same problem. That makes it difficult for us to see what has been done so far and what to try next. I am going to ask the moderators to merge this thread with your original thread.

Moving on to your latest dump, can you tell me what software these drivers are associated with? I cannot find anything about them of Google. Are they Saitek drivers? SaiK0CC3.sys and SaiU0CC3.sys

Because your latest three dumps blame or indicate memory corruption, I recommend that you run Memtest to test your RAM. Follow the instructions in this tutorial and run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer has been off for an hour or two. Let it run for at least seven passes. This will take 6-8 hours. Post back with your results.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Because one of your dumps blames NTFS.sys, you file system, I suggest you run Disk Check.
Quote:
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7).

Copy/paste the results into your next post.
