Good questions!

You're right; if you can't boot into Windows, you can't run the Windows version of SeaTools. You can burn the DOS version of SeaTools to a CD, though, and boot from that.

Unless the hard drive is infected with malware, cloning it to another drive shouldn't bring the problems with it. The new cloned drive may not be able to boot, but you should be able to access it as a secondary drive.

oke I did it. And its seems both HDD's PASSED the Test. I did Short Test.

I suggest the Long test as well, when you have time.

Also run Memtest86: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I was thinking. Is here somehow possible to save my files from my 1Tb HDD where corrupt happened? I mean thoise files what I lost during corrput. And also is it possible that corrupt will happen again?

You might try using some data recovery program, to see if you can recover anything. Give Recuva and DiskDigger a try; both programs are free.
