BSOD often with ASUS computer when wakening from sleep

I've had my CG5270 for about 1.5 years. In that time, I've never been problem free. I even sent it to them for service under my warranty and they sent it back in worse shape (one of the fans is loose) and only reinstalled the OS and updated BIOS (something I've done from home numerous times). I refused to send it back after they told me I'd have to pay for shipping to return it to them to fix what they did wrong.

So...I still have consistent BSOD when I bring it up from sleep. Yesterday, when it happened, I could not log into windows as it would say "the specified file cannot be found". I had to recover and reinstall windows 7 completely, losing everything.

I've been told it is probably a problem with my ram and/or my video card. I've included the BSOD report, at least I think I did it correctly. Please help!

This version of this driver ASACPI.sys is a known BSOD cause.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.old.

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys fffff880`03ea5000 fffff880`03ead000 0x00008000 0x4546b048 31/10/2006 06:09:12
