    Computer Random Reboots w/ Win 7

    Hi,

    My computer has recently been rebooting for no apparent reason. When it happens the computer screen just turns black and the computer reboots back into windows. The interval between reboots is sporadic.

    I had this problem before with my old setup and I figured it was an hardware issue, so I replaced the motherboard, cpu, psu, SSD HD, ram and switched to onboard graphics to no avail.

    I know you guys are the experts so I hope you can help.

    System specs:
    ===========
    Custom built few months ago
    Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium - OEM purchased
    Core 2 duo 7500
    2 GB RAM
    Onboard graphics

    Attached is Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip.

    This will stop the reboots
    Disable Windows 7 Auto Restart When System Crash - Windows, System, Settings, Advanced, This, Uncheck - Zhacks
    If it happens again, post again, it will probably contain a BSOD dump report.

    Go to search type the words
    event viewer
    Go to administrative tab and look for errors at the time of the crash.
