BSOD Restart loop

Hello everyone,

Windows 7 professional x64
Full retail Version
Hardware 3 months old
Install 3 months old

Brand new hardware, had a few BSOD previously but now the frequency has increased to the point that I can't even start the computer. So now I came for help. Unfortunately I was unable to get the files needed as posted in the BSOD - Posting Instrucions sticky before another BSOD. However, I managed to get the minidumps attached.

No I cannot.

When I enter safe mode, I get a message saying "a critical file has stopped working, Windows will restart in 1 minute please save all your work." its not exactly this but something along those lines.
