    Help BSOD 0x0000003B

This is the first blue screen i have gotten in a month. If someone could help me with it it would be appreciated.

For some reason when i go to check it it says the symbols im using is incorrect.
I downloaded the supposed "hotfix" for this error from microsoft but obviously its not working.

ALL my drivers are up to date. Nvidia v260.99. Latest realtek LAN drivers. Latest ACHPI cooling drivers. Latest Via HD sound drivers. I will not upgrade my bios from the 2002 to 2012 because it causes errors in the bios.

It would be great if someone could help me so i can fix this problem. I uploaded the minidump file as well. Thanks again.

    **EDIT**

Does this happen only when you playing Black Ops, or other Internet activity?
