    Windows 7 - a few errors

Hello everyone. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

I recently tried installing Soft7 1.8 using Windows Theme Installer and apparently failed. The operating system boots up but when I try to log on it says explorer.exe cannot start. There's also another box that pops up and says AtkBlocker cannot start (or something like that).

When I try to boot from the Windows 7 Ultimate disc, it goes to a screen with nothing but the blue background. Nothing shows up.

I tried running the Startup Repair and if found nothing wrong because the operating system boots up perfectly fine.

I had System Restore disabled because I heard viruses and spyware could be stored in your restore points.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

EDIT: Okay I got the disc boot to work, but when I try to repair it it says something about a different version.

    I fixed it.

I apparently messed up my Shell32.dll file and the program automatically made a backup of it. I just renamed the backup and all the errors went away.
