Windows 7: Irq less than or equal

I believe CarlTR6 is correct, I am just confused on why my updates did not take. Let's take the ATIPCIE.sys driver for instance. I downloaded it from asus, under the drivers for my Mobo, and then used Device Manager to search for the new driver on my C drive (and I selected the correct directory), and it told me it updated.'

Clearly it did not. Very strange. I will try again on those particular drivers.

Here are where my drivers are: http://support.asus.com/download/dow...Language=en-us

Jadin, could that crash and dump have occurred before you updated the drivers?

I'll check. It should not have been. I went and checked and it didnt copy over the new drivers. I will look at it tomorrow some more. I did finally get ATIPCIE.sys to update to a 5/5/2009 date. I will send the new crash dump files tomorrow.

Hi, Jadin. You did successfully update ASACPI.sys - Wed May 13 21:25:17 2009. However, I still see an outdated driver:
Quote:
Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009 - Rt64win7.sys - Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 Network Driver Interface Specification 6.20 64-bit Driver. Latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek.
The rest of your drivers appear to be up to date. Update the Realtek driver and see how your system does. If you get another BSOD, we will test hardware.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff8000225fd29, address which referenced memory

I noticed ATIPCIE.sys is still out of date on the list you posted. So I manually updated it to the 2009 version yet it still says 2006? How could that happen? Why is the old driver still being loaded(and I noticed it loads up in safe mode)?
