Carl, Thanks for all your help, but I think you are confusing these two drivers: ATIPCIE.sys not ASACPI.sys.

ATIPCIE.sys still shows 2006. I dont understand why. I clearly updated it in windows 7 to 2009.

hey, i get a blue screen that say "irql not less or equal". i can't log in even in safe mode. i tried to repair the installation with the orriginal disc but it doesn't help. any idea what can i do to fix this? thanks
