When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

I notice that you have some problem devices, particularly the nVidia card:
Until you get your system stable, I recommend that you uninstall Spybot. Spybot's Tea Timer has causes problems some Win 7 systems. Replace it Malwarebytes (free) and use Malwarebytes as an on demand scanner. Update it before each scan.Not Available ACPI\PNP0510\2 The drivers for this device are not installed.

There are only two BSOD's included in your upload and they are dated 8/2/2010 and 8/12 /2010. Do you have more recent dumps? These are kind of old to be working with. Read this tutorial for uploading just the dumps: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html.
I suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% or whatever CD virtualization program you are running. They use a driver, found in your dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.
Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.

I also find some out of date drivers loading on your system. Those in red font are quite obsolete. Update these drivers or uninstall the software/hardware they are associated with.
Uninstall Spybot and sptd.sys and take care of the above drivers. Configure your video card properly and reboot. See if your system does better. The date is wrong because when installing the new motherboard, the date changed for some reason.
I re-installed (GPU) drivers, and I've just installed the drivers for the USB controller.
For the Saitek peripheral (Cyborg keyboard V7), it looks like they no longer support it (can't find any newer drivers)?
Anyway, my computer has been on for bout 1.5 hours and I haven't had any BSOD's.
(Lots of brackets, but the're cool, right?)

You are welcome for the help. And I am glad to hear it is running better. I suggest that you upgrade your keyboard to one that is Win 7 compatible. Make sure you update the wireless adapter driver. Update us in couple of days. If you get another BSOD, upload it.
Just had another BSOD! I will includ ethe perfmon /report this time.

I see that you have Windows Defender running as well as Avast. This can easily create conflicts. Disable Windows Defender; it does not run well with Win 7 by itself, let alone with another antivirus program. Just so you know, Defender has been superseded by Microsoft Security Essentials. If you are looking for malware protection, download and install Malwarebytes (free) and use it as an on demand scanner. Malwarebytes runs well with Win 7.
See if disabling Defender helps your system's stability.
