    After you get the dumps to us, try to follow the instructions in the link The Howling Wolves gave you. That will give us more information to work with.

    If you can, download and install Malwarebytes (free), update it and run a system scan. Let us know what MBAM finds, if anything.

    You stated that you do not have an original CD; you only have one you have made. Where did you get your Windows 7. Have you validated it?

    are you getting a BSOD code? ... do you know if your temps are ok?
