Your AVG and a process called audiodg.

I would remove avg and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

    AVG - Download tools

Audiodg. sometimes when enhancements are checked off in audio cpanel audiodg uses tons of cpu cycles and memory causing a memory leak that can and does crash systems. Google the problem and it will show you how to uncheck the enhancements in the audio cpmnel

    no luck :(

I was able to use it for a few hours last night without issue but got the BSOD again today after having removed AVG and changing the enhancements and other things for audiodg. I have attached my new diagnostic files, could it be something else?

    thanks.
