    CHKDSK and LogonUI.exe issues

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I was working with my PC and browsing different web pages as usual. Suddenly, network no longer worked. I found out that Internet was not working only on my PC. Then, I restarted my PC. It was automatically doing deleting or modifying some index files (see the logs below).

The main problem was about CHKDSK which did some changes on the disk and LogonUI.exe which could not load the Windows login screen. I tried many different ways of fixing this problem.

    Attachment 127477

    1. Startup Repair (found no problem, still no login screen, but showing an error message)
    2. System Restore (it could successfully restored to 26 Dec, still no login screen, only an error message and click OK and repeating...)
    3. System Image Recovery (it could recovered from the system image on 26 Dec and it could show up login screen and successfully loaded Windows) but the thing is all programs are broken up. Whenever launching any application, it is showing up memory reference error messages.

I thought it was a hardware error (from G.SKILL Falcon 128GB SSD SATA II 2.5") but I checked that SSD using HD Tune and found no problem.

It looked like an index table or something was corrupted. I have all copies of my data in external hard drives. I guess the only solution is to format the drive and make a clean install of Windows 7.

Do you have any idea or solution to solve it?

    FROM the log file C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\Application.evtx

    Code:
    Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Volume label is Win7.

One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
    that you continue.
Windows will now check the disk.
